Free Shipping

After your order has been packaged, it will be delivered free via one of these carriers, depending on your order value and destination.

 

• USPS: Stone Peak Jewelry offers Free Ground Shipping (Signature of card holder required) on all US orders under $250. Orders shipped with this method will arrive five to seven business days after shipping from Stone Peak Jewelry.
• USPS Priority: Stone Peak Jewelry offers you FREE Shipping via USPS Priority registered mail (Signature of card holder required) on all orders over $250. Shipments usually arrive within three to five business days after shipping from Stone Peak Jewelry.
• USPS Express: Need it sooner ? Stone Peak Jewelry offers for a fee of $10.95. Orders shipped with this method will arrive within two to four business days after shipping from Stone Peak Jewelry. (Signature of card holder required)

Shipping - Canada

Additionally, a $25 USD handling charge will be added to cover handling fees for all orders being imported into Canada

Orders to Canada will be shipped via Canada Post (Signature of card holder required)

Please allow an extra processing time of two business days for all orders being shipped to Canada, in addition to the delivery time for your requested shipping method.

Other International Order: Not available at this time

Many items are in-stock and will ship within 3 to 4 business days (Monday - Friday). Engraved items and Diamonds that we mount in a setting for you will take an additional 7 to10 business days before they are shipped.
Please allow three to four weeks for personalized or special order items.

Please note that if the shipping/billing addresses are different your order will be declined. Stone Peak Jewelry contacts your credit card company to varify your information before your order is completed. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed.

Stone Peak Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent.

For your security, all orders will require the card holders signature to be delivered.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

For Security reasons, Stone Peak Jewelry ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

 

Please note that all rings and diamonds in our Create Your Own section may be shipped separately from other products ordered on Stone Peak Jewelry.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Stone Peak Jewelry according to our return policy.
