Return Policy
We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 15-30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange. Special orders and clearance items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled. Please read item description for return period, some items are special order.

If you prefer, you may exchange your original items for another selection, provided they are returned within 30 days of the original date of sale. You just have to pay the difference if exchanging for a higher price or we'll credit you if it's less.
To return or exchange an item, simply:
- Call customer service at 1-800-413-4790 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including return form, packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
- Send the package by Fedex if the value of the items being returned is less than $500. If the item being returned is more than $500 Priority Registered Mail is the safest way to ship high-value items as FedEx and UPS will not insure goods over $500. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. For returns of over $500 from outside the US, please contact a 3rd party insurance company to arrange coverage. Also request a return receipt to ensure the shipment is tracked.*

Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Please be careful: You should NOT write Stone Peak Jewelry, jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
Condition of Return
Returns are simple, but must comply with our policy:
- Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
- The item MUST be received at Stone Peak Jewelry WITHIN THE SPECIFIED DAYS from the date of shipment of the order from Stone Peak Jewelry. Any items received after the specified days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund.
- Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund. All jewelry has a non-returnable if removed tag. This tag must be intact or your item will not be accepted for refund.
- If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a $200 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be charged.
Additional Notes
- In any case, the Ring you got from Stone Peak Jewelry was not sent in the correct size you ordered, please send it back to us within 30 days from the invoice date.
- We will resize it approximately within 10-14 business days, and this service is absolutely free of charge* (*However, the customer has to absorb all the shipping charges except the resizing as a result of Stone Peak Jewelry's error). If you discovered that you ordered the wrong size and need a different size you can send it to us to be resized (However there will be a resizing fee of $35 and you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.)
- Custom or special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Stone Peak Jewelry.
- Stone Peak Jewelry will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Stone Peak Jewelry will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of Stone Peak Jewelry’s error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
- If an item is returned due to error in shipping address entered by the customer, an additional $29.95 will be charged. If the package shipping address has to be changed after shipping then Stone Peak Jewelry will charge an extra $19.95 for the shipment. Any orders not accepted by the customer upon delivery will be charged $19.95 for the return shipping costs.
Return Time
All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item.
Again, please return every item WITHIN THE SPECIFIED DAYS FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE with all of its original materials. If you have any questions, contact one of our customer service representatives.
