Does the 30 day return policy apply to "create your own" rings?
Yes, the 30 day return policy also applies when you create your own ring.
The 30 day return policy becomes effective 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is not created until the order is shipped out.
Can items on sale be returned?
Yes, items on sale can be returned.
Yes, we offer packaging options with or without our logo.
Can I return a ring to get it resized?
Yes, a ring can be returned for a free resizing within 30 days of its purchase.
Can a local jeweler do loose stone repairs without voiding the warranty?
The warranty will be voided if the item is not repaired by Stone Peak Jewelry since we cannot be held responsible for any other jewelers beside those contracted with Stone Peak Jewelry.
Does Stone Peak Jewelry Charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax on any US orders.
Are there duties & taxes for international orders?
Yes, duties & taxes on international purchases must be paid by the customer according to the rates applied to each country.
Stone Peak Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders (US orders only). Please read our shipping policy.
How long does a package take to arrive at an international address? Is the package insured?
International packages take approximately 5-6 business days to arrive at the destination. All packages are fully insured.
What is the quality of the Stone Peak Jewelry inventory?
Our inventory is, and always will be, of the highest value and the best quality. All diamonds are certified from A reputable laboratory. We do not carry any treated or enhanced diamonds.
Do all diamonds come with a grading report?
All of our certified diamonds are accompanied with a grading report.
Will I be getting the quality that the description states?
You can inspect and compare the diamond you received against the grading report.
Is the diamond certification recognized abroad?
Yes, they are very reputable laboratories of diamond grading worldwide.
Is the quality of the diamond guaranteed?
All our diamonds are graded by gemological laboratories recognized and respected throughout the industry. We are confident that these laboratories will ensure that every diamond is examined and graded accurately. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the diamond within 30 days for a full refund.
Am I really getting what I paid for?
All of our diamonds, as you can see from our inventory list, are graded by reputable and recognized laboratories. Once you have received your diamond with its original certificate you can inspect the diamond against the original grading report.
Do you have all diamonds on the site in stock?
Our inventory is subject to availability at time of request. However, we update our inventory daily to prevent any stones that have been sold to reappear.
How secure is the transaction?
Your privacy and security is important to us. Credit card orders are placed over a secured connection. Only authorized personnel will have access to your billing information stored on our secure server. We will never share or sell any of your information to a third party.
Am I really getting a fair price and value?
The Internet gives you the opportunity to research and find the best value for your budget. We urge you to compare stones on our website to anyone else on the internet. We are confident that all of our diamonds are priced to beat the competition.
How can I be sure I am not getting a fake diamond?
You will have the original certificate available for you to examine and compare with the information provided on our website. We have in-house gemologists that examine every diamond that comes in and goes out of our facility ensuring that every piece is genuine and held to the highest standards.
How can I make sure the diamonds I receive are actually the diamonds I ordered?
We ship every loose diamond and diamond engagement ring with an independent lab report. This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the unique characteristics of your diamond.
Yes, we provide appraisals at the cost of $35.
Will the diamond look the way that I would like it to?
After viewing the actual diamond with the original certificate you are under no obligation to keep the diamond you purchased. You have the option of returning the diamond for a full refund or exchanging it for another choice if it did not meet your expectations.
I need to convert European to American ring sizes. Can you do this?
Yes, simply go to our sizing chart and find your ring size there.
Are all of the rings resizable? How long does it take for them to get resized?
Many of our rings are resizable. Please note that custom resized rings are not eligible for the 30 day return policy.
Is there a company inscription on the inside of the bands?
No, we do not inscribe our company logo on any part of the jewelry.
Yes, we do custom engravings; contact our service representative for details. Please note that jewelry that has been custom inscribed is not eligible for the 30 day return policy.
Do you sell diamonds from the warring sections of Africa?
Our diamonds are mined and acquired through legitimate sources. Stone Peak jewelry is in full compliance with the Kimberly Process and does not support ongoing conflicts or human rights violations in Africa. We guarantee that our goods are conflict-free based on personal and written knowledge.
Can a real diamond chip (in everyday activities)?
The likelihood for a diamond to chip is extremely small if there are no unusual circumstances.
Where are you located? Do you have a shop somewhere I can visit?
We are based in Salt lake City. We do not have a physical location open to the public.
Are all of your diamonds natural?
Yes, we only carry natural diamonds and do not sell laboratory or man-made diamonds.
What types of payment do you accept?
Stone peak Jewelry offers several payment options for our customers. Among those are wire transfer, certified check or money order, Paypal and Google Checkout. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Will I receive a discount if I pay by bank wire?
Yes. Bank wire customers receive a 2% discount off their entire order.
Will I be charged sales tax on my orders?
Stone Peak Jewelry only collects sales tax on orders that are shipped to addresses in the state of Utah.
Yes. International shipping is available for a fee of $75, plus 3% of the order amount. We currently ship to Canada, Europe and Australia. All orders shipped internationally paid by credit card must be shipped to the same address as your credit card statement for our protection and yours.
Can I order through your website?
Yes. We have a fully functional secure checkout process that you can use to purchase any of our loose diamonds, engagement rings or fine jewelry.

What if I have a question about my order, want to change it, or need to cancel it?

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase.
What is the credit card security code?
The Security Code, asked for at the time of purchase, is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on your credit card. Visa and MasterCard users will find this code located above your signature on the back of the card.
How long after I order will my item be shipped?
Loose diamonds are shipped Fed-Ex Priority the same day as payment. All other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in 2-10 days, depending on the production schedule of that item.
No. Every item sold by Stone Peak Jewelry is inspected and verified by a member of the our staff prior to shipment.
How do I find my ring size for ordering?

Are your shipments safe?
We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

- Write the return authorization number on the return label that was included with the original order from StonePeakJewelry.com.
- Your item(s) must be placed in the original packaging and shipping container that it was sent to you in.
- If the value of your package is $500.00 or less, send your item using First Class Mail with insurance. If your item is valued above $500.00, use Registered Mail with insurance. The cost to ship your item with insurance will range from $5.00 to $25.00.

- Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location.
- All refunds will be processed within five days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check.
What is the importance of a diamond certificate?
A diamond certificate assures customers of the value and quality of every diamond. These reports detail key characteristics of each diamond, including the 4C's and help you to identify your diamond as unique.
The four C's are the industry grade standard from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Each diamond is graded on the four standards of Carat (size), Color, Clarity and Cut.
A diamond's cut is not its shape, but how effectively the stone can return light back to the viewer's eye. A well-cut diamond will appear very brilliant and fiery; while more poorly cut stones can appear dark and lifeless, regardless of color or clarity. Not only do well-cut diamonds appear more brilliant, they can also appear larger than other stones of the same carat weight. An ideal stone has both increased brilliance as well as increased diameter relative to more deeply cut diamonds.
What if my jewelry gets lost during shipment?
Stone peak Jewelry takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely and requires a signature for all packages. Your order is fully insured during transit, so if any package was ever lost you would be refunded your entire purchase amount.
